Return Policy

We accept returns for all eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. If you’d like to request a return or an exchange, simply contact us at dysonresell@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the steps for sending the item back. Please note that items returned in incorrect condition or without prior approval may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
