Items that aren’t available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We’ll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we’ll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.

Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full credit card amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization usually expires and is automatically refreshed every 7 days until your order ships.

Price estimates are calculated by PropTrack Australia by looking at multiple properties and local market data points, which together can provide insight into the approximate value of a property. The data that informs the estimate range includes property and local market data including: Property types, Recent sales & local price trends, and Land area. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

If you return an item to a Nordstrom store, the refunded amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 8–12 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.

Yes, you can request to cancel your order within a short time after placing it.
To request a cancellation, please send us an email at dysonresell@gmail.com and include:

  • your full name,

  • your order number,

  • and (optionally) the reason for cancellation.

Our team will review your request and confirm by email whether the cancellation is possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it free of charge.

If your request is sent after the order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, you can return the items once they arrive, following our return policy.
